Program Description: When you initiate a conversation with our business phone numbers or submit a form, you are agreeing to receive automated text messages related to customer support, scheduling, and service inquiries.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user interaction with the automated system.

Pricing: Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the phone number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number. To rejoin, initiate a new conversation.

Customer Care Instructions: If you experience issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.

Carrier Liability: Carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Limitation of Liability

BLH Automations utilizes third-party telecommunication networks (such as Twilio) and Large Language Models (LLMs). We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to carrier outages or network failures. AI models generate responses dynamically; BLH Automations is not liable for inaccurate or unintended responses.
